• We have always been a strong believer in Real Estate. The idea of owning a Real Estate portfolio is so fulfilling, it gives us a sense of accomplishment and success. 
• Between 2015 and 2022, we bought 10+ houses in various parts of US, sold our ranch and sold our first house for almost 500% appreciation. 
• All our US rentals are long-term investment properties and all have been rented out right after purchase and we have a solid positive/ net cashflow for each rental unit. 
• We found our new passion, and side hustle in managing the rental investment portfolio. Besides profitability, we enjoy managing the properties ourselves and built a system to keep us engaged/motivated while pursuing the full-time job.
